Acculturation stress (Adjusting to new culture)

Immigrant & multicultural related issues, challenges of adjusting to a new culture which can be a traumatic process. Some of the common challenges could be, language barrier, identity struggles, cultural conflict, mental health issues and discrimination.

Victims of Crime

Counselling is FREE for those eligible for NSW Victim Services Support Scheme. Please contact Victim Services directly to enquire about your eligibility Victims Support Scheme (nsw.gov.au).
Prior to your initial consultation you will be requested to provide your Victim Services number.

Non-Directive Pregnancy Counselling

Am I eligible to receive pregnancy support counselling?

Pregnancy support counselling through the Medicare scheme is available for clients currently pregnant or who has been pregnant in the preceding 12 months. Who have any concerns, such as decisions about the future, adjustment following the pregnancy, or general issues related to a pregnancy. The partner of the client can also attend the counselling session, if appropriate. With a referral from your GP, you will be eligible for Medicare rebates for 3 sessions reducing out of pocket cost for you.

NDIS Support

Therapeutic services to support ability to engage in daily living activities, social life and be able to achieve personal goals. This is available for individuals with NDIS capacity building packages, self & plan managed.

Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA)

We welcome DVA clients, DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral.
